Learn to endure them without being emotionally overwhelmed. Ultimately, nothing in this world is permanent. This is one of the most important Bhagavad Gita verses for a peaceful life.

There are three gateways to destruction— Lust, Greed, and Anger.

These base urges are responsible for almost all issues in life.

Should a person persist in being driven by these passions, it will bring about the horrors of self-annihilation.

It starts with lust, the craving for more and more, no matter what the cost.

Ultimately, when we can’t get what we long for, this desire morphs into a rage, disrupting the balance of our mind, body, and soul, thus presenting a challenge to our spiritual growth. One can practice yoga and meditation by joining authentic online yoga courses by hellomyyoga.

Focus on your action and not on the results

Focus your attention on actions rather than on outcomes you cannot predict. If the results do not meet your expectations, you are bound to experience disappointment. Do not blame yourself for the outcome, as multiple elements, such as the environment and other individuals, may also contribute to the results.

Additionally, don’t attach yourself to inactivity, as sometimes, when the task is difficult and demanding, we resort to inaction. Therefore, never lose enthusiasm for what you do.
